·         Current NMC registration

·         A minimum of 6 months post registration experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

·         Caring for the elderly and individuals with dementia

·         Observing and monitoring resident’s health and wellbeing

·         Providing a high level of personal care to all residents; including continence care, washing and assisting residents with nutritional needs

·         Maintaining resident’s privacy and dignity

·         Working as part of a busy team

·         Using excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a care setting

·         Adhering to health and safety policies
